R. Horton Linby Res Makeshift team go one down on 2 mins after the impressive Joel Goodacre finishes a sweeping Carlton move. It looks ominus for the Reds as Glenn Guyatt is forced into a string of impressive saves to keep them in the game. Ash Wards side began to ease themselves into the game and in truly awful conditions, Mitchell Duffin and Jamie Brown began to put Carlton under pressure. With them both impressing, chances for them start to come, against a typically well drilled and fit Carlton Town outfit. Ross Horton is superb again at the heart of the Linby defence and he slams home the equaliser on 65mins, when an Ash Keetley corner isn’t dealt with by the home team.Keetley could have won it for the reds on 80 minutes, but former Calverton Academy keeper Callum Marks makes a great save to deny him.
